About YourPDF.tools

YourPDF.tools is a free collection of PDF tools that run entirely in your browser. Unlike traditional online PDF services that require you to upload files to a remote server, our tools process everything locally on your device using JavaScript. How It Works

When you drop a file into any of our tools, your browser reads the file from your local filesystem and processes it using open-source JavaScript libraries (primarily pdf-lib for PDF manipulation and pdf.js for PDF rendering). The result is generated in memory and downloaded directly to your device. At no point is any file data sent over the internet.

Privacy First

We built YourPDF.tools with a simple principle: your documents are your business. We don't upload, store, cache, or access your files in any way. You can verify this by using any of our tools with your internet connection disabled — they work perfectly because no network requests are made during processing.

Important Note

While our tools work well for the vast majority of PDF files, some advanced PDF features (such as certain types of encryption, interactive forms with JavaScript, or very large files exceeding available browser memory) may not be fully supported. For these edge cases, a dedicated desktop PDF application may be more appropriate.
